Blue Economy and Fisheries

The CS for Mining,  Blue Economy and Maritime Affairs Hon Salim hosted the ambassador of Spain to Kenya, Christina Diaz-Fernandez Gil, who paid him a courtesy call at his Works building office. The CS was accompanied by Blue Economy and Fisheries PS Madam Betsy Njagi. They deliberated on the opportunities in the Blue space that will trigger youth employment, provide modern fishing methods,value addition & fish processing as well as market for fish products. They also talked on private public partnerships as a key concept in the economy.
